Terry has spent over 50 years in the construction business and over the last few decades, he specialized in rock-solid construction for individual homeowners and commercial customers. Andy is a licensed realtor® who has dedicated his career to revitalizing and showcasing the Ohio housing market.

Chief Buildings is a U.S.-based company that designs, details, and manufactures metal building systems. Our products are made at our plants in Grand Island, NE; Rensselaer, IN; and Lancaster, SC, and we buy our raw materials from U.S. manufacturers. We service all fifty states in almost every business sector and though we are not the biggest in the industry, we let our reputation define our success.
You might say we play by our own set of rules. We never outsource work, especially design or detailing, and we never offshore jobs. We could do things differently, maybe even cut some costs along the way, but that’s not our only goal. Keeping jobs in our communities and abiding by our own set of standards is what defines us.
Although we’re large enough to service industries across U.S. and international markets, we still operate like a family company and treat each other as such. The employees walking up and down our halls all greet each other by first name. We extend that same friendly hello to all our builders.
